KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.810 billion and the number of lots traded was 14,529.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.209 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.612 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.127 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.072 billion), Silver (PKR 896.513 million), Japan Equity (PKR 734.832 million), Platinum (PKR 624.822 million), DJ (PKR 237.311 million), Natural Gas (PKR 127.546 million), SP 500 (PKR 91.645 million) and Brent (PKR 39.817 million). Copper (PKR 36.665 million). In Agricultural commodities 4 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.659 were traded.
