RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has created a mineral exploration incentive programme with a budget of over $182 million, the country’s minister of industry and mineral resources said at an industry event on Wednesday.

“We are going to witness during the next few days the signing of deals worth 75 billion riyals, almost $20 billion, which will drive R&D, technology upstream and other value chain opportunities,” Bandar Alkhorayef said.
