KOTTAYAM, JUNE 22:
Physical rubber prices closed steady on Saturday. There were no fresh factors to trigger a definite direction in the market. Sheet rubber finished unchanged at Rs 175.50 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board.
July futures improved to Rs 173.33 (Rs 172.40), August to Rs 169.12 (Rs 168.34) and September to Rs 165.70 (Rs 165.33), while the October futures slipped to Rs 162.10 (Rs 162.72) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
Spot rubber rates Rs/kg : RSS-4: 175.50 (175.50) RSS-5: 170.50 (170.50); Ungraded: 160.50 (160.50); ISNR 20: 162 (162); and Latex 60 per cent: 121.50 (121.50).
