South Korea’s MFG gets offers in feed wheat tender

HAMBURG: The lowest offer in the tender from South Korea’s Major Feedmill Group (MFG) to purchase up to 65,000 tonnes of feed wheat on Tuesday was $ 199.50 a tonne c&f, European traders said.

Two offers of $ 199.50 a tonne were made by separate traders and so the tender has now moved into a second round of negotiations, they said.

The tender sought wheat sourced from any worldwide origins except China, South America and Denmark and for shipment in January and February, 2016, and arrival around Mar. 15, 2016, they said.
