The oil and gas company posted revenue of $ 9.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $ 5 million, or 13 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $ 27.8 million.
Evolution Petroleum shares have fallen 26 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $ 5.47, a decrease of 44 percent in the last 12 months.
