Heavy rain for Malaysia palm, India rubber

KUALA LUMPUR (June 20): Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds expected over parts of Johor on Wednesday, according to a warning by Malaysian Meteorological Department.

* Thunderstorms, rain expected over Sabah and Sarawak until Thursday

* NOTE: Sabah, Sarawak, Johor are Malaysia’s top palm-growing states; Malaysia is No.2 palm grower
