ITTA BENA, Miss (Reuters) – The risk of a U.S. recession is not currently elevated, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell said on Tuesday.

“We don’t feel that the probability of recession is at all elevated,” Powell said in a question and answer session with students at Mississippi Valley State University.
