Autogem will preserve the legacy of their ‘beloved’ Business Development Manager Adam Livett, after creating a special award in his name at the company’s flagship Under Pressure ’25 competition.
Autogem’s compassionate and kind-hearted friend passed away six months ago and his loss is still being felt across the business, with colleagues thinking of ways to pay an enduring tribute ever since his passing.
The Adam Livett Award will celebrate the technician who most embodies the personable and engaging qualities that made Adam so popular, both inside Autogem and across the entire aftermarket.
While Under Pressure ’25 – taking place on June 25th at the Pirelli Performance Centre (PPC) in Burton-upon-Trent – continues to showcase the UK’s finest TPMS talent for technical skill and customer engagement, the Adam Livett Award will honour something equally important; human warmth, a positive attitude, and a memorable first impression.
Autogem’s Managing Director Prashant Chopra paid tribute to Adam’s enduring influence, saying: “Adam’s loss to the business is huge, but his loss to us as a friend is immeasurable.
“He was friendly, enthusiastic, caring, knowledgeable, ethical, and incredibly warm. He touched all our hearts. This new award will help us keep Adam’s spirit alive by recognising those same rare, beautiful qualities in others.
“Adam helped us understand that with the right attitude and care, we could go further as a business. He was the ultimate door-opener and if I could use one analogy, it’s that he cared like a nurse, bringing compassion and kindness into everything he did. We will be celebrating him this year but more importantly, we’ll be celebrating him every year from now on, through an award that will preserve his legacy.”
Taking place on June 25th at the Pirelli Performance Centre in Burton-upon-Trent, Under Pressure ’25 is the only dedicated campaign in the aftermarket to celebrate TPMS customer engagement and technical excellence. Now in its fourth year, the competition continues to grow in scope and stature—and this year’s edition promises to be the most powerful yet.
The addition of the Adam Livett Award brings a new emotional depth to the event, reminding the industry that while technical skills matter, it’s the human connections made that leave the greatest legacy.
Autogem is inviting TPMS technicians from across the UK to enter Under Pressure ’25, not only to showcase their expertise, but to be part of a memorable event that keeps on growing each year.
With less than a week to go before qualifying rounds open for Under Pressure ‘25, technicians are being urged to visit https://autogem.co.uk/underpressure/ to sign up now.
