Vipal Rubber is once again recognised at the Recircle Awards, a global award that highlights the contribution of companies and professionals to the circular economy in the tyre manufacturing, retreading and recycling industry, winning two important awards. The winners were announced on Thursday, May 22, at Autopromotec, in Bologna, Italy.
Vipal competed with the world’s leading players in the tyre retreading and recycling industry and won in the categories Employee of the Year, with Leonardo Oliveira, Vipal’s Regional Sales Manager in the United States; and the Tyre Industry Education Award, with Univipal – Vipal Corporate University. It was also nominated in the categories of Best Supplier of Rubber for Treads and Best Supplier of Equipment for Tyre Retreading.

This is the fourth edition that Vipal has stood out in the international awards. The awards reinforce Vipal’s trajectory of innovation and excellence, which had already won in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 editions. In 2023, the year of its 50th anniversary, the company was recognised as the Best Supplier of Precured Treads, Best Supplier of Tyre Retreading Equipment and had Vipal’s Commercial Manager in Europe, Fabrício Nedeff, elected Employee of the Year.
The Recircle Awards aim to recognise initiatives that promote sustainability, innovation and environmental responsibility in the tyre retreading and recycling sectors.
