Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd, has announced it has begun supplying its Advan Fleva V701 tyres as original equipment for Toyota Motor Corporation’s new Corolla Cross GR Sport, a sporty model of the automaker’s compact SUV Corolla Cross. This new model will be available for sale in Japan, Europe, Australia, and other regions from August 2025. The tyre size is 225/45R19 92W.
The Advan Fleva V701 is a sporty high-performance tyre that was developed based on the concept of delivering the joy of driving, a hallmark of the Advan brand, to more drivers. It offers sharp and sporty handling performance for various driving scenarios, including regular city streets, winding roads, and highways.
Yokohama tyres have a track record of being installed on several models in Toyota’s GR sports car brand lineup. In recent years, the Advan Apex V601 has been supplied for the GR Corolla, and the Advan A052 has been supplied for the GRMN Yaris.
