Jeff Hughes is the new Linglong Regional Director Specialty Tires for the EMEA region. In this role, Jeff Hughes will be responsible for strategy and sales for the Specialty Tires division in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In the newly created role, he will work closely with the respective product and marketing teams with the aim of establishing Linglong Tire as one of the leading specialty tyre providers in the market.
Jeff Hughes joined from Maxam Tires (Sailun Group), where he successfully led the European Specialty Tires replacement business as Sales Director. Prior to that, he has over twenty years experience in various senior management positions at Goodyear Tyre & Rubber Company worldwide.
“I am very much looking forward to my new role at Linglong Tire and hope to achieve the ambitious goals together with my colleagues in the EMEA region with my more than 25 years of experience in the tyre industry,” says Jeff Hughes. “Our most important task will be to optimise existing customer contacts and develop new customers and thus further strengthen our company’s market position.”
