NEXEN TIRE continues its strategic expansion in the German market, strengthening its retail business and reaffirming its commitment to regional customer partnerships. Over the past seven years, the company has seen a sixfold increase in retail business in terms of tyre sales, underlining the growing importance of this segment within its European operations.
As a result of this growth, the retail sales team has expanded significantly, from two regional sales representatives to five, all under the leadership of Frank Pickshaus, Sales Director Retail & Key Account, who brings 45 years of experience in the tyre industry, including seven years at NEXEN TIRE. This expansion reflects NEXEN TIRE’s continued investment in offering direct, local support to its network of approximately 1,500 points of sale across Germany.
To further enhance its coverage, particularly in eastern and southeastern Germany, the company has welcomed Frank Tschöpe as a new member of the regional sales team. Frank brings 18 years of experience in the tyre industry and joined NEXEN TIRE on May 1, 2025. He is responsible for the regions of Sachsen, Thüringen, and Sachsen-Anhalt. His extensive industry knowledge and strategic mindset will help strengthen customer relationships and support NEXEN’s growing presence in the retail segment.
The complete retail sales team now consists of six experienced professionals:
• Frank Pickshaus, Sales Director, responsible for the overall retail business across Germany and selected key account customers, with 45 years of experience in the tyre industry, including seven years at NEXEN.
• Frank Tschöpe, Regional Sales Manager for Sachsen, Thüringen, and Sachsen-Anhalt, with 18 years of industry experience and newly joined NEXEN in May 2025.
• Stefan Kuhn, Regional Sales Manager for Bayern and parts of Baden-Württemberg, with 18 years in the tyre business, including six years at NEXEN.
• Tom Uster, Regional Sales Manager for Niedersachsen, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and Berlin, with 17 years of industry experience and six years at NEXEN.
• Marcus Endres, Regional Sales Manager for Hessen and parts of Baden-Württemberg, with 21 years in the industry, including eight years at NEXEN.
• Thomas Stelzer, Regional Sales Manager for Nordrhein-Westfalen, with 29 years of tyre industry experience and eight years at NEXEN.
