PARIS: Europe’s main stock markets finished mostly lower on Tuesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index bucking that trend with a 0.49 percent gain to 6,837.61 points.
Frankfurt’s DAX 30 index fell 1.54 percent to 11,980.85 points, a day after breaching the 12,000 point level for the first time, while the CAC 40 in Paris shed 0.64 percent to 5,028.93 points.
