Latest Progress From Vietnam On Its Intention To Join ITRC/IRCo:
On behalf of the Vietnam Rubber Association (VRA), we would like to express our sincere thanks to you for the Paper highlighting information relating to ITRC and IRCo.
On the basis of suggestions by ITRC/IRCo, VRA has proposed to Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development about the framework of the cooperation between ITRC and Vietnam:
1. Vietnam as a member of ITRC/IRCo; Or
2. Vietnam as a Strategic Alliance of ITRC/IRCo.
The Ministry will take into consideration the above proposals, on which the preferred form of collaboration shall be decided. For further discussion on the cooperation and the meeting between ITRC/IRCo, the Ministry will directly contact with ITRC/IRCo.
