HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks tumbled 2.81 percent in the morning session Monday on growing concerns about the Chinese economy and following a fourth-straight sell-off on Wall Street.
The benchmark Hang Seng index slipped 706.32 points to 24,422.19 on turnover of HK$ 52.99 billion (US$ 6.84 billion).
