DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–
Outrigger Energy announced today that it has commenced operation of its crude oil gathering system in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. Outrigger has received a long-term dedication from Devon Energy Corporation covering leasehold acres located in Campbell, Converse, and Johnson Counties, Wyoming.
Outrigger’s facilities include crude oil gathering pipelines with pumps, measurement, and other facilities located at each well pad, providing for a capacity of up to 60,000 barrels per day. The gathering system provides producers with a complete wellhead-to-market midstream solution through a connection with the Powder River Crude Services LLC pipeline, which in turn provides access to both rail and downstream pipeline markets.
Dave Keanini, Outrigger’s CEO, stated, “We are excited to commence operation of our Powder River Basin crude oil gathering system, which adds another high growth asset to our previously announced Permian Basin systems. We are pleased to provide Devon Energy and other Powder River Basin producers with this critical infrastructure that will reduce costs, increase reliability, and provide access to more liquid end-markets for our customers.”
