The domestic rubber prices declined as there were no buyers. In spot, RSS 4 fell sharply to ₹112 (₹114.50) a kg, according to traders. The grade weakened to ₹113 (₹115) and ₹110 (₹112) respectively as reported by the Rubber Board and dealers. September futures declined to ₹111.85 (₹114.49) and October to ₹11.80 (₹114.58) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) slipped to ₹93.46 (₹93.85) at Bangkok. August futures closed at ¥172.3 (₹95.92) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates ₹/ kg were: RSS-4: 112 (114.50); RSS-5: 108 (109); Ungraded: 96(99); ISNR 20: 100(101) and Latex 60%: 80 (80).
