Spot rubber closed unchanged as the market appeared to be in a holiday mood. RSS 4 was quoted steady at ₹112 a kg, by traders and the Rubber Board. The grade finished flat at ₹109 according to dealers. September futures closed at ₹112.90 (₹112.68), October at ₹112.15 (₹112.42) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹92.58 (₹92.77) at Bangkok. September futures closed at ¥161.4 (₹89.29) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 112 (112); RSS-5: 107(107); Ungraded: 95 (95); ISNR 20: 98 (99) and Latex 60%: 79 (79).
