CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery fell 13.75 cents to $ 4.6525 a bushel; December corn was off 6 cents to 3.6150 a bushel; December oats were down 1.75 cents to 2.2275 a bushel; while November soybeans declined 4.5 cents to $ 8.6950 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle was up .38 cent to $ 1.4160 a pound; October feeder cattle gained 1.02 cents to $ 1.9732 a pound; while October lean hogs shed .32 cent to $ .6945 a pound.
