Spot rubber continued to remain neutral on Wednesday. RSS 4 finished unchanged at ₹114 a kg, according to traders. The grade was quoted steady at ₹113.50 and ₹110.50 respectively by the Rubber Board and the dealers. The trend was partially mixed as latex improved further on better demand amidst low supplies. October futures concluded at ₹114.80 (₹115.09) November at ₹114.80 (₹114.70), December at ₹114.80 (₹114.97) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) firmed up to ₹88.51 (₹88.22) at Bangkok. The benchmark October futures closed at ¥160(₹ 86.61) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 114 (114); RSS-5: 111.50 (111.50); Ungraded: 105 (105); ISNR 20: 101.50 (101.50) and Latex 60%: 86.50 (85.50).
