Rubber futures markets ended higher in Asia Friday after sharp price falls last week saw investors short covering.
However, rubber prices were meeting resistance and so significant moves higher seem unlikely, a Singapore-based trader said.
Concerns remain in the market about the amount of stock available and where demand is going to come from if China growth remains weak.
