KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 (Bernama) — Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd’s pre-tax profit for the third quarter (Q3) ended Sept 30, 2015 rose to RM70.85 million from RM45.26 million in the corresponding period last year.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia Thursday, Kossan said, revenue increased to RM441.74 million from RM328.35 million previously.
The industrial rubber and disposable latex products manufacturer said the remaining quarter of current year remained strong as all its plants were almost in full operations, with capacity fully taken up by customers from two plants.
Riding on the strong order book, Kossan said it was confident to deliver another set of good result for the coming final quarter.
