Austria-based plastic recycling systems maker Erema Engineering Recycling Maschinen und Anlagen GmbH, will announce the founding of its Russian subsidiary OOO Erema at Interplastica Moscow at the end of January.
Erema said in a news release that Kalojan Iliev, who has been responsible for the Russian speaking CIS territory, will be appointed managing director of the new subsidiary.
Iliev said: “With the foundation of its own subsidiary, Erema is strengthening its presence in what is a very large territory which, due to its history as the Soviet Union and Russian as a widespread language, represents a region of its own. This means that Erema is available as a central, Russian contractual partner with local presence, and this is not only an advantage in terms of managing the purchasing process, our customers will also benefit from improved service.”
OOO Erema in Moscow will be the third Erema subsidiary with Erema China and Erema North America already established.
Erema currently has around 50 local representatives around the world and employs 480 people.
