Quantum Ventures of Michigan LLC has combined its plastics processing companies under the name of Quantum Plastics LLC.
Quantum Plastics comprises of Master Molded Products Corp., River Bend Industries LLC, Apollo Plastics and Hospitec USA.
Quantum Ventures acquired Master Molded in 2014, then formed Quantum Plastics. Quantum Plastics added the other three firms in 2015.
Quantum Plastics spokeswoman Lisa Forret said Quantum Plastics continues to grow through acquisition and organically, but she could provide no further details as of Jan. 22, when Quantum Plastics’s formation was formally announced.
“We found a need for consolidation in the plastics manufacturing arena, said Quantum Ventures founder, Chairman and CEO Robert Skandalaris in a news release. “There are a limited number of molders who offer a variety of processes.”
