Spot rubber continued to explore further lows on Thursday. RSS 4 declined to ₹91(₹93) a kg, according to traders. The grade weakened to ₹91.50 (₹93) and ₹88.50 (₹90) respectively, according to the Rubber Board and the dealers. February futures improved to ₹91.51 (₹91.05), March to ₹93.51 (₹93.03) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 closed at ₹85.73 (₹85.14) at Bangkok. February futures closed at ¥150.5 (₹86.51) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 91 (93); RSS-5: 87.50 (89); Ungraded: 81 (81); ISNR 20: 83.50 (84) and Latex (60% drc): 79 (79).
