On a per-share basis, the Toronto-based company said it had a loss of 8 cents. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 3 cents per share.
The Canadian gold mining company posted revenue of $ 34.6 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $ 73.5 million, or 29 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $ 156.7 million.
The company’s shares closed at 28 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 22 cents.
