European producer Ineos Styrolution has raised its April price for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene Terluran grade in Europe by Eur110/mt ($114/mt) over March, the company said in a statement Monday.
The company did not announce the specific price at which it plans to sell its ABS.
Natural grade general purpose ABS contract prices in Europe were last assessed at Eur1,450/mt ($1,649/mt) FD NWE last Wednesday, stable on the week.
Ineos Styrolution’s statement came close on the heels of the settlement of styrene for April.
The Northwest European styrene monomer contract price for April has been fully settled at Eur1,120/mt FOB ARA ($1,276/mt), two producers and two consumers involved in the negotiations said Friday.
