Spot rubber closed unchanged on Wednesday. Sentiments were neutral in the absence of follow up buying at higher levels. RSS 4 finished steady at ₹143 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade was flat at ₹140 according to dealers. May futures concluded at ₹146(₹146.09), June at ₹147.60 (₹147.30), July at ₹146.50 (₹147) and August at ₹146.25 (₹148.87) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) inched up to ₹121.98 (₹121.54) at Bangkok. May futures closed at ¥193.0 (₹115.29) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates ₹/ kg were: RSS-4: 143(143); RSS-5: 141(141); Ungraded: 130(130); ISNR 20: 132 (132) and Latex (60% drc): 115(115).
