KOTTAYAM, MAY 3:
Spot rubber slid further on Tuesday. RSS 4 weakened to ₹137 (₹138) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade fell to ₹134 (₹135) according to dealers. The trend was mixed and volume low. The May futures declined to ₹132.49 (₹134.84), June to ₹134.40 (₹136.88) and July to ₹135.68 (₹137.43) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) surrendered to ₹119.72 (₹122.12) at Bangkok. The spot rubber rates ₹/ kg were: RSS-4: 137 (138); RSS-5: 135 (135); Ungraded: 120 (120); ISNR 20: 127 (129)and Latex (60% drc): 110 (113).
