KOTTAYAM, JULY 7:
Spot rubber declined on Thursday. RSS 4 slid to ₹141 (142) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade was quoted weak at ₹138 (139) by dealers. The transactions were low.
July futures weakened to ₹144.19 (144.44), August to ₹136.20 (137.63) and September to ₹131.40 (132.08) a kg on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) declined to ₹110.68 (112.35) at Bangkok. July futures dropped to ¥161.5 (₹107.64) a kg on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange.
Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 141 (142); RSS-5: 137 (139); Ungraded: 110 (115); ISNR 20: 118 (120) and Latex (60% drc): 98 (99).
