Spot rubber closed unchanged on Tuesday. RSS 4 continued to rule steady at ₹140 a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade was flat at ₹137, according to dealers. July futures concluded at ₹139.30 (₹139.50), August at ₹135.78 (₹134.64), September at ₹129.22 (₹127.95) and October at ₹127.25 (₹127.76) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹108.23 (₹106.98) at Bangkok. July futures recovered to ¥170 (₹110.13) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 140 (140); RSS-5: 136 (136); Ungraded: 110 (110); ISNR 20: 118 (118) and Latex (60% drc): 96 (96.50).
