Washington — NPE earned five awards — including two Grand Awards, the highest recognition — at Trade Show Executive’s annual Fastest 50 Awards & Summit.
TSE’s annual awards honor trade show industry leaders representing the fastest-growing trade shows worldwide.
The Society of the Plastics Industry Inc., the organizer of NPE, took home Grand Awards for Fastest-Growing Non-Annual Show in Sheer Numbers by Net Square Feet and Fastest-Growing Non-Annual Show in Sheer Numbers by Attendance.
The 2015 show also earned two plaques for being ranked No. 20 Fastest-Growing Trade Shows by Net Square Feet in the U.S. in 2015 and No. 21 Fastest-Growing Trade Shows by Attendance in the U.S. in 2015.
“NPE … continues to represent the brightest and the best in plastics. With exhibitors and attendees representing every segment of the supply chain, every three years the industry gets the opportunity to showcase their most innovative designs and inventions that propel our industry,” said Mark Garrison, senior vice president of membership and business development.
