Spot rubber closed weak on Monday. RSS 4 declined to ₹120 (₹121) a kg, according to traders. The grade dropped to ₹121 (₹122) and ₹118 (₹119) respectively according to the Rubber Board and dealers. September futures improved to ₹130.50 (₹128.26) while the October futures declined to ₹114.81 (₹116.60), November to ₹114.00 (₹115.74) and December to ₹114 (₹115.32) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) weakened to ₹106.12 (₹106.65) at Bangkok. September futures surrendered to ¥ 166.5 (₹109.31) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. physical rubber rates ₹/kg follow: RSS-4: 120 (121); RSS-5: 112 (114); Ungraded: 98 (99); ISNR 20: 97 (97) and Latex (60% drc): 69 (69).
