Spot rubber improved reacting closely to the global gains on Tuesday. RSS 4 improved to ₹117 (₹ 116) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade closed marginally higher at ₹114 (₹113), according to dealers. November futures firmed up to ₹121.20 (₹119), December to ₹123.90 (₹121.91), January to ₹125.85 (₹124.44) and February to ₹128.75 (₹127.05) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) improved to ₹118.38 (₹115.98) at Bangkok. November futures firmed up to ¥185.8 (₹118.33) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 117 (116); RSS-5: 112 (111); Ungraded: 103 (101); ISNR 20: 103 (101) and Latex (60% drc): 73 (72).
