Spot rubber prices were down tracking the declines in domestic futures and global markets on Monday. RSS 4 slid to ₹136 (₹137) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade closed weak at ₹133 (₹134), according to dealers. January futures declined to ₹135.55 (₹138.49), February to ₹138.73 (₹141.46), March to ₹141.50 (₹144.23) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) dropped to ₹152.20 (₹155.94) at Bangkok. January futures surrendered to ¥255.9 (₹148.14) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 136 (137); RSS-5: 128 (130); Ungraded: 119 (120); ISNR 20: 124 (126) and Latex (60% drc): 84 (84).
