Spot rubber made all round gains on Tuesday. RSS 4 improved to ₹161 (₹160.50) a kg, according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade firmed up to ₹158 (₹157.50) as reported by the dealers. February contracts declined to ₹158 (₹160.17), March to ₹164 (₹165.22), April to ₹170.80 (₹172.18) on the National Multi Commodity Exchange. RSS 3 (spot) flared up to ₹194.98 (₹188.73) at Bangkok. February futures slid to ¥349.5 (₹ 206.38) on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange. Spot rubber rates (₹/kg): RSS-4: 161 (160.50); RSS-5: 152 (151); Ungraded: 132 (130); ISNR 20: 147 (146) and Latex (60% drc): 103 (102.50).
