KOTTAYAM, AUGUST 28:
Spot rubber finished higher on Monday. RSS 4 improved to ₹131 (130) a kg according to traders and the Rubber Board. The grade firmed up to ₹128 (127) a kg as reported by the dealers. The trend continued to be mixed and volumes low.
September futures improved to₹132.09 (129.92), October to ₹131.24 (128.89),November to ₹131.35 (129.03) and December to ₹131.50 (130.32) on NMCE.
RSS 3 (spot) slid to ₹119.53 (119.55) a kg at Bangkok. September futures weakened to ₹124.40 (124.88) on TOCOM. Spot rates (₹/kg) were: RSS-4: 131 (130); RSS-5: 126 (125); ISNR 20: 112 (112) and Latex (60% drc): 80 (80).
