LONDON (Reuters) – There is no doubt that in the wake of efforts by global oil producers to curb production that the crude market is rebalancing, and doing so at an accelerating pace, OPEC’s secretary-general said on Thursday.
A balanced oil market is in sight, Mohammad Barkindo said in a speech at the Oil & Money conference in London.
