TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese Economy Minister Toshimitsu Motegi said on Tuesday that Japan will host the next round of negotiations for the 11 nations remaining in the Trans-Pacific Partnership from Oct. 31 to Nov. 1.
Motegi, speaking to reporters, said he hopes the talks can bring the group a step closer to reaching a final agreement on the trade pact.
