MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday he plans to discuss a possible extension of the global oil output cut deal and the general situation on world oil markets with Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al-Falih in Riyadh in early November.
“This does not mean that we will make any decisions,” Novak told reporters.
