NEW YORK (Reuters) – The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s directors have selected Thomas Barkin, chief risk officer at global consulting firm McKinsey & Co., as the institution’s next president, Bloomberg reported on Sunday, citing a person familiar with the decision.
If the decision is finalized, Barkin will succeed Jeffrey Lacker, who resigned in April.
