EU adopts blacklist of 17 tax havens: officials

BRUSSELS (Reuters) – European Union finance ministers adopted on Tuesday a blacklist of tax havens which includes 17 extra-EU jurisdictions seen as not cooperative on tax matters, two EU officials said.
