CHICAGO: Spot basis offers for US soymeal were unchanged at rail and truck markets on Friday, dealers said.
Demand was light from livestock and poultry producers.
A dealer in Indiana said orders might pick up on Monday if end users run through a large amount of supplies during the weekend due to a cold snap across much of the Midwest.
At 11:52 a.m. CST (1752 GMT), Chicago Board of Trade January soymeal futures were down $3.60 at $331.60 a ton.
