Hong Kong: Hong Kong stocks closed slightly higher Monday, with investors moving cautiously before a crucial US Federal Reserve policy meeting later in the week.
The Hang Seng Index edged up 11.79 points to end at 31,513.76.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index climbed 0.29 percent, or 9.37 points, to 3,279.25. The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China’s second exchange, rose 0.27 percent, or 5.02 points, to 1,868.05.
