KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling traded in a stable position on Monday as the central Bank of Uganda maintained its benchmark lending rate unchanged at 9 percent.
At 1203 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,690/3,700, the same level as Friday’s close.
