Hong Kong: Hong Kong shares shot out of the blocks on Monday morning, extending last week’s rally following another positive lead from Wall Street.
The Hang Seng Index rose 1.13 percent, or 350.37 points, to 31,472.43.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gained 0.12 percent, or 3.78 points, to 3,167.04, and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China’s second exchange, eased 0.04 points to 1,825.10.
