Findlay, OH – Cooper showcased its new Roadmaster premium regional all-position commercial tire – the RM234 – at the Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) in Louisville. The new RM234 is a regional haul, all-position tire for high scrub situations where durability, tread wear and extended mileage are important. The RM234 offers deep tread grooves and premium tread compound providing excellent wear and cut and chip resistance. The RM234 will be available to customers beginning in May.
“The new RM234 is a complement to our current Roadmaster line, and offers truckers a premium option to the RM185,” said Bill Hoban, Roadmaster National Truck Tire sales manager. “In addition to the RM234, Cooper is showcasing its entire platform of commercial products at the show and featuring the company’s latest SmartWay verified products.”
Cooper has four Roadmaster tires lines that are recognized as SmartWay low rolling resistance tires. Cooper offers the availability of SmartWay products for all wheel positions, including the Roadmaster RM180 steer tire, RM871 trailer tire, and the RM851 drive tire.
