KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was little-changed on Monday, but traders said they were watching for a new psychological low of 3,800 against the dollar due to demand from commercial banks and energy and manufacturing companies amid tight supplies.
At 0935 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,780/3,790 against the dollar, weaker than Friday’s close of 3,775/3,785.
