MUMBAI, APRIL 20:
Spot rubber finished unchanged on Saturday. The weekend session was almost inactive following a weak closing on the National Multi–Commodity Exchange (NMCE). Sheet rubber closed steady Rs160 a kg at Kottayam and Kochi, according to traders and the Rubber Board. Volumes were meagre.
May futures weakened to Rs.157.15 (157.58), June to Rs.157.10 (157.61), July to Rs.156.48 (157.13) and August to Rs.154.51 (155.87) a kg while the September series remained inactive on the NMCE.
Spot rubber rates for (Rs/kg) : RSS-4: 160 (160), RSS-5: 155 (155), ungraded: 150 (150), ISNR 20: 147 (147) and Latex 60%: 105 (105).
