LONDON: Europe’s stock markets crept higher in opening trade on Monday, with sentiment buoyed after broad gains elsewhere.
In initial deals, London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index edged marginally higher to stand at 7,660.18 points compared with Friday’s close.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 added 0.1 percent to 12,631.40 points and the Paris CAC 40 won 0.2 percent to 5,487.28.
